| Oh, in case you are wondering... If you have an older browser, these "buttons" really don't look that great. (In fact, they don't even look like buttons) If you have a newer Netscape browser, they look… "Ok". If you use a newer Internet Explorer, they look kinda "cool" and have a "3D" look to them. Why the major difference in graphics you ask? Simple. They aren't graphics. That's why you don't see text links under them. They are text links!
So… which browser is your customer using? Internet Explorer? Version 3, 4, 5, 6? Netscape? Version 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6? Opera? Lynx? Cello? Mosaic? AOL? Version 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8? WebTV? Something else? Are they using a PC or a MAC? The answer is… you don't know. Browser display differences can be subtle or drastic. A page can look
absolutely stunning on one and absolutely atrocious on another. (Or
not even display at all!) Have you checked your pages in all of these?
